EAPL put efforts to improve quality continuously.

(A) SAND TESTING LAB

We have all equipments required for testing sand properties such as moisture, permeability, compatibility, sieve analysis, mould hardness etc.

(B) CHEMICAL LAB

We have all Equipments and instruments required for analysis of different elements required as per specification for Raw material and finished products.

We have German made Spectrometer for quick Chemical analysis.

(C) PHYSICAL LAB

In order to maintain stringent customer specification we have all equipments required to analysis physical properties like Hardness, Microstructure, Elongation, UTS, Zinc Coating, Crack Detection etc.
